- When 293T cells stably transduced with PDGFRA A842V were treated with imatinib, tyrosine phosphorylation was maintained at 1 and 10umol/L concentrations that inhibited phosphorylation of wildtype PDGFRA, consistent with resistance to this inhibitor.
