- In a study of 171 APL patients treated with combination ATRA/anthracycline chemotherapy, FLT3 ITD mutations (n=35) were associated with lower 3-year OS compared to the FLT3 ITD-negative group (62% vs. 82%), as well as higher CR achievement failure and early death.
