- Downregulation of ZEB1 expression in mantle cell lymphoma cell lines and mouse xenografts led to enhanced sensitivity towards treatment with doxorubicin, cytarabin and gemcitabine. the combination of salinomycin (downregulating ZEB1) and doxorubicin was syngergistic.
