- 41 HNSSC were analyzed by IHC for expression of EGFR, p53, CCND1, p16, p21, p27 (CDKN2B), p-AKT, HIF-1a, Caspase 3 and BCL2. p27 was the only protein that served as a predictive biomarker of response after multivariate analysis (p=0.025; n=41 patients).
