- Description
- 49 patients (26 pretreatment tissues available for analysis) with recurrent glioblastomas who were treated with EGFR TKIs were analyzed in this study. Results were confirmed in an independent cohort of 33 patients. EGFRvIII and PTEN coexpression were associated with responsiveness to EGFR TKI.
