- A 33 year old Asian male patient presented with advanced bilateral multicentric renal carcinoma. Genetic testing confirmed a de novo missense variant at c.194C>G of the VHL gene. The patient was diagnosed with an epididymal cyst at age 23, bilateral retinal angiomatosis at age 26, and bilateral clear cell renal cell carcinoma at age 33. ACMG codes:PM1; PM5; and PP4.
