- Description
- Screening of 92 unrelated patients with VHL disease revealed 61 DNA variants. No variants were found in 96 control cases. This missense mutation was found in a VHL type 2A patient and 5 VHL type 2B patients (patient no. V30, V1). This study contains strong evidence of pathogenicity for this variant because the prevalence of the variant in affected individuals is significantly increased compared with the prevalence In controls (ACMG code: PS4).
