Description
43 Italian patients were molecularly analyzed for Von Hippel-Lindau disease based on clinical suspicion. 2 of the 43 patients were found to have the above mutation. Clinical manifestations associated with this mutation include: CNS hemangioblastomas, pancreatic cysts, and retinal hemangioblastomas. ACMG evidence codes: 'PP2' because they observe a missense variant in gene where missense variants are common mechanism of disease.
