Description
In this meta-analysis, 5 studies totalling 2,546 cases were combined to assess the prognostic association of PD-L1 expression in breast cancer. The combined hazard ratio (HR) for PD-L1 overexpression was 1.76 (OS). The pooled odds ratios (ORs) indicated that PD-L1 expression was associated with positive lymph node metastasis, higher histological grades, estrogen receptor (ER)-negativity, and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
