- MDM2 Inhibitor Nutlin-3a induced senescence in presence of functional TP53 in murine primary fibroblasts, oncogenically transformed fibroblasts, and fibrosarcoma cell lines. TP53 mutant cells lacking functional TP53 were completely insensitive to the drug.
