- Description
- A 65-year-old man presented with stage II myeloma. He was initially treated with chemotherapy and he received an autologous stem cell transplant. Sequencing of the recurrent tumor harbored BRAF V600E mutation and he was treated with vemurafenib. After 7 weeks of treatment, the patient relapsed and died.
