- A375 melanoma cells containing an inducible shRNA for STAG3 were grown as xenograft tumors in nude mice. The mice in which STAG3 was silenced had tumors that were more sensitive to vemurafenib-induced tumor shrinkage than the tumors of the control mice (P < .01).
