- Description
- Phase 2 trial in 132 patients with previously treated metastatic melanoma with BRAF V600E mutation. Confirmed overall response rate was 53% (95% confidence interval [CI], 44 to 62; 6% with a complete response and 47% with a partial response), median duration of response was 6.7 months (95% CI, 5.6 to 8.6), and median progression-free survival was 6.8 months (95% CI, 5.6 to 8.1). Median overall survival was 15.9 months (95% CI, 11.6 to 18.3).
