- Case Report of a 41-year old patient with high-grade stromal endometrial sarcoma and a large abdominal and retroperitoneal mass progressing after chemotherapy. IHC for c-Kit was positive and treatment with imatinib led to an objective Response. Surgery was performed and the patient was free of disease two years later.
