Description
Combined treatment with dasatinib and cetuximab, but not either agent in monotherapy, had an antitumor efficacy in-vitro and in xenografts. These results were based on three KRAS mutant cell lines (LS180, LoVo and HCT116) and two KRAS wild-type cell lines (SW48 and CaCo2).
