- IGF-1R nuclear immunostaining (IHC) was observed in 9 out of 16 samples of patients with different sarcomas (osteosarcoma, ewing sarcoma, liposarcoma, synovialsarcoma, desmoplastic tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma). Exclusive nuclear immunostaining was associated with better progression free survival and overall survival after therapy with IGF1R antibodies (R1507, IMC-A12, SCH 717454 and CP-751.871).
