- FFPE tumor samples from 78 patients with colorectal cancer, who had received irinotecan monotherapy were analyzed with a FISH dual-probe. TOP1 gain was nonsignificantly associated with objective response to irinotecan Odds ratio (OR): 1.62; p = 0.07.
