- TFF3 expression was assessed by IHC in 75 patients, 187 patients were identified for the validation cohort. TFF3 expression was associated with response to endocrine therapy (tamoxifen, aminoglutethimide or oophorectomy) and outperformed ER, PR and TFF1 as biomarkers.
