- 226 cetuximab-treated patients with CRC were analyzed for mRNA expression of EGFR and its ligands. Favorable predictors in a multivariate analysis were high AREG mRNA in KRAS wild type tumours, high EREG mRNA and low Ephrin A2 receptor mRNA.
