- Description
- Patients with metastatic colorectal cancer with STRN-ALK fusion, sporadic microsatellite instability high (MSI-H) and KRAS R164Q received ALK inhibitor ceritinib. After pts received ceritinib perinumbilica cutaneous metastasis disappeared. Although the size of pelvic tumor by CT scan did not changed, there has been resolution of all contrast enhancing tumor by CT scan.
