Description
222 EGFR-wt patients with advanced NSCLC were randomized to receive docetaxel or erlotinib In this study (4 patients not eligible). KRAS was mutated in 25 and 26 out of 109 patients in the erlotinib and docetaxel arm, respectively. KRAS was neither prognostic nor predictive of benefit for either docetaxel or erlotinib.
