- A phase I study to determine the tolerability and pharmacokinetics of Selumetinib and Cetuximab with an expanded cohort in KRAS-mutant CRC. In the KRAS-mutant CRC dose expansion cohort 14 patients were evaluable for response. Five patients experienced stable disease, nine had progressive disease. Minimal anti-tumor activity was observed in KRAS-mutant refractory metastatic CRC.
