- ATM-deficient H1395 and HT144 cancer cell lines showed growth inhibition when treated with DNA PKcs inhibitors KU-0060648 and NU7441. These agents also increased the lifespan of mice transfused with ATM-deficient lymphoma cells when compared with etoposide or control.
