- Description
- Phase 1 study of pan-FGFR inhibitor JNJ-42756493 in patients with solid tumors. No responses were seen 36 patients without FGFR pathway aberrations. Among 23 patients with FGFR pathway aberrations, 4 partial responses as well as 16 with stable disease were seen.
