Description
Case report of two patients with MET amplification (MET:CEP7 ratio ≥5) and no concomitant MET exon 14 deletion. A response to crizotinib was observed in both cases suggesting that MET amplification may predict response to this drug even in the absence of MET exon 14 mutations.
