Description
In a group of young (<60 years old) acute myeloid leukemia (exclude acute promyelocytic leukemia) and high-risk MDS patients, those with CEBPA mutations (35/423) showed marginally improved overall survival (36% vs 31%; P = .04) than those with wildtype CEBPA.
