- Description
- 418 patients with advanced cancer were screened for FBXW7 mutations using a multiplex gene panel. 17 FBXW7 mutations were detected (isolated mutation in 2 patients). Ten patients were treated with an mTOR inhibitor with 7 patients having stable disease as best responses and a median time to treatment failure of 2.8 months, two patients had prolonged stable disease of >16 weeks.
