- Four fulvestrant (estrogen receptor degrader) resistant cell lines were derived from parent fulvestrant sensitive ER+ MCF-7/SO.5 breast cancer cell line. Derivative cell lines showed some sensitivity to CDK4/6 inhibitor palbociclib, and increased growth inhibition when treated with fulvestrant and palbociclib together.
