- Description
- HER2 overexpressing breast cancer cell lines with PIK3CA mutation BT474c (K111N) and HCC-1954 (H1047R) were used to establish mouse tumor xenografts. In BT474c xenografts, three dosing schedules of AZD5363 caused significant tumor inhibition (200 mg/kg twice daily > 200 mg/kg once daily > 100 mg/kg once daily). In HCC-1954 xenografts two doses of AZD5363 induced significant tumor inhibition (150 mg/kg twice daily > 75 mg/kg twice daily) while 30 mg/kg twice weekly trastuzumab was inactive.
