- Description
- In trial NCT00880321, dabrafenib was tested in various solid tumor types harboring mutant BRAF after establishing dosage of 150 mg twice daily. In nine colorectal cancer patients with established V600E mutation, 1 confirmed response, 7 instances of stable disease, and 1 case of progressive disease was seen, which contrasted strongly with a 56% confirmed response rate seen in metastatic V600E melanoma patients similarly treated in the same study.
