Description
In a patient with gemcitabine-refractory pancreatic cancer, a tumor-derived xenograft was found to be responsive to Mitomycin C. After disease progression, the patient was started on a regimen of mitomycin C, and the patient was shown to be asymptomatic after 3 years of follow-up.
