- Description
- In 219 patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, a multivariate analysis identified KRAS G12D mutations as an independent predictor of poorer prognosis both in patients that have received chemotherapy (N=49/162), and the entire series (N=73/219). HR of 1.84 (P=0.02) and 1.44 (P=0.01), respectively.
