- Description
- As part of a phase 1 dose-escalation trial (NCT00939770), seven patients between ages 12 months and 22 years with relapsed or refractory inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors with ALK-rearrangement were given crizotinib. In six patients with measurable disease, responses included 3 with partial response and 3 with stable disease. One patient with evaluable disease had stable disease with treatment ongoing at the time of publication. Crizotinib was well tolerated in this group of pediatric patients.
